Teaching Visual Basic, Microsoft Office & Macromedia Flash, Preparing Programming Examinations, Maintenance of all Laboratory Personal Computers (hardware & software), Assisting students with installation and configuration of instructional software for personal laptops. Assisting students with the registration process serving as a registration officer on numerous occasions, Troubleshooting hardware and software problems and serving as a helpdesk assistant for University Staff, Upgrading existing systems and scheduling preventative maintenance. Played a major role in assisting the Educational Department with the Departmental Academic Admission for the year 2003. Managing workstations to ensure proper integration with the university computer system. Set up Video Conferencing for campus network.
